Effective air cleaning from all types of dust and aerosols
Air, polluted by mechanical particles removed from source of pollution via extraction fan. Moved by aspiration system, dusty air goes through Ventury tubes’ confuser, where it mixes with water from cascade nozzle. In addition, the speed of airflow increases there. As the speed grows, the turbulence flow grows, which leads to water fragmented into small drops (10 to 50 micromicrons). It leads to surface tension between water drops and mechanical particles, even the smallest ones. Then the flow enters the diffusor, where its speed decreases, which allows droplets to combine into larger drops. After the venturys’ tube, air, consisting of water drops and mechanical particles, goes through tangential mist eliminator, where water separates from airflow due to centrifugal forces.
Separated from mechanical particles and water drops, air releases into the atmosphere, and water with dust enters the reservoir, where it purifies for reuse.
